I firmly believe that the best way to manage your life is to set yourself achievable goals along the way. This is why I define a clear strategy and milestones we want to reach together with all my clients during our first consultation.


 I use these to develop a customised training programme for each of my clients, tailored toward his/her wishes, allowing the client to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame.

Weight Loss

There are many ways to shed some excess pounds, but usually just a little bit of jogging won’t do the trick. Your customised programme will focus not only on achieving your desired weight loss, but also in maintaining it long-term.

 

Constitution & Endurance

Together, we can improve your physical shape. We train your body and use small steps to get you into the best shape of your life. This programme is ideal for extreme sports athletes and runners training for longer runs.

 

Muscle Training

We will train at a fitness studio I trust, which offers us reasonable rates and machines I am familiar with. I particularly pay attention to your posture and technique to make sure you do not get hurt. I am also very focused on finding the right kind of challenge for you. We want to train your muscles, not destroy them!

Nutrition

As a nutritional advisor I strongly believe that you are what you eat, and food is one on the most important lifestyle choices we make.  I therefore also provide a nutrition plan to help you get the most out of your training by fueling your body in the right way.
