As a worried parent i knew my child was over weight and i didnt know any programs for children were available in Macclesfield until i was given Andy's number, Andy specialises in kids fitness through fun activities and boxing which my little one loves, not only is Andy getting results but my child is coming back to me more positive and strees free.
I would recomend Andy to anyone who thinks their child needs a helping hand Andy seems to have the skills and training in place to make a kids training session fun.

I was very wary about a personal trainer until i met Andy, i contacted Andy to take advantage of the free consultation and chat (best thing i ever did) Andy and i talked about my weight issues and my lack of confidence and how we could change it over the next 3 months, Andy explained to me that he had a private studio to which we could train so i could go at my own pace and not be afraid of what other people think Andy understands my limits and the time scales i want to achive my goals so far so good highly recommended and looking forward to my next session.

I am a 37 year old smoker who WAS a size 14 to 16, who to top it all works in an office. I decided to make a change before I hit 40 to attempt to get fitter and lose some weight.
I have been training with Andy for less than six weeks, during this time he has given me a healthier eating plan and we train twice a week. I have just managed to run 2.8 miles in 32 mins without keeling over or passing out, this may not seem like much to seasoned fitness fanatics but if you consider that less than 6 weeks ago I could nearly walk up a steep hill without heavy breathing I am very proud of my achievement.
